Thanks for sharing this. One thing that I recalled when reading it was at the community meeting we had at Kirkgate, one of the things the EA said they are responsible for and can resource is removal of debris particularly when it causes a risk of further flooding and damage. So when it starts accumulating at the Bridge is that one of the things willing residents like Phillip can report on so action can be taken?
