I actually attended the meeting when the scrutiny was announced and was noted as wishing to contribute. Did they contact me – no.
I find the division of labour between the EA and CBMC confusing (and I think I know a bit of what I’m talking about!), so how does Mrs Jones on the Keighley Omnibus cope?

If this is the best that the Scrutiny Committee can do then Bradford is indeed in dire straits.
